Direct connectivity with Tier-1 bandwidth providers including MCI/UUnet, Savvis/Cable & Wireless, and NTT/Verio. Aggregate connectivity reaches an astounding 4,500+ networks just a single network away from the uplinks. Fiber connectivity to the facility is supplied by an SBC OC-48 diverse path fiber optic sonet ring. Featuring level 7 path diversity, the sonet ring has multiple entry points into the facility, as well as connectivity directly to multiple carrier offices. There is no shared physical path at any point in the entire sonet loop. The optical equipment is capable of supporting multiple OC-192 connections.

Rapid Host Web Services believes in using the best hardware available to achieve outstanding results. All servers used by Rapid Host are Dual Xeon Quad Core or better. In addition, overselling is a forbidden word within this company. Rest assured your server will never be pushing the limits of modern technology.  

Our customer support and billing is managed through a integrated billing system that allows for up to the minute tracking of your account. Payments are accepted via paypal and major credits cards.
